"Nuur" is the Mongolian word for "lake" and this project has its roots in regional myths about the many deep lakes in that country. Focusing on Mystic Ambient, this project explores vast Atmospheres and dense sound sculptures. By merging elements from other genres, a broad range of variations is explored. "Nuur" has also been inspired by the extreme temperature fluctuations between the Mongolian winter and summer (from -58 to +47 degrees Celsius), adding another dimension to the music.
